Hôtel Windsor, heart of the OVNi Festival in Nice, France, and a hotel where each room is a work of art in itself, invited Jérémy Griffaud to create a permanent in-situ immersive multimedia installation. Rooted in his work «Under the sky» for the Musée National Marc Chagall, the piece immerses guests in a world of biodiversity and the hybridization of living things.
An immersive installation that transforms the nighttime experience into a fantastical journey to the treetops. A true sanctuary nestled in the heart of the urban hustle and bustle, this artistic space invites visitors to rise above the city and settle among the treetops of a mysterious forest. In this unique ecosystem, the boundaries between kingdoms blur, giving way to previously unknown hybrid species: animal-like plants coexist with plant-like creatures, blurring our usual biological references. The immersion is total thanks to a rich scenography blending a painted mural, sculptures, and artistic objects, all enhanced by an animated film that breathes life into this dreamlike setting. To spend time in this space is to embrace a moment suspended in time, where one climbs toward the wild, only to descend back to civilization upon departure, the mind still filled with visions of this reinvented nature.
The space is composed of an all-over wall painting, lamp-sculptures, and freestanding sculptures, unified by a secret element: a concealed button that activates two projectors embedded in the walls, which then unfurl an animated panoramic film by the artist.

Nuit Blanche, une œuvre immersive signée Jérémy Griffaud qui transforme l'expérience de la nuit en un voyage fantastique au sommet de la canopée. Véritable point de chute niché au cœur du tumulte urbain, cette chambre artistique invite le visiteur à s'élever au-dessus de la ville pour s'installer dans les cimes d'une forêt mystérieuse. Dans cet écosystème singulier, la frontière entre les règnes s'efface pour laisser place à des espèces hybrides jusque-là inconnues : des plantes aux allures d'animaux y côtoient des créatures aux traits végétaux, brouillant nos repères biologiques habituels. L'immersion est totale grâce à une scénographie riche mêlant une fresque peinte, des sculptures et des objets artistiques, le tout sublimé par un film d'animation qui insuffle la vie à ce décor onirique. Séjourner dans cet espace, c'est accepter un instant suspendu où l'on grimpe vers le sauvage pour ne redescendre vers la civilisation qu'au moment du départ, l'esprit encore peuplé par les visions de cette nature réinventée.
